Refund and exchange

For canceled events, refunds are made within two working weeks from the date of signing the Ticket Refund Application.

For transferred events, an application for a refund is accepted 72 hours before the start of the event and is carried out within two working weeks from the date of signing the Ticket Refund Application.
If the event is held at the scheduled time, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Corporate tickets are non-refundable. Lost tickets are not restored.
